Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to support the Epic Healthy Planet workflows, configuration, and builds across the organization. The role emphasizes Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, with certifications in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory required.

Level could be adjusted to 3 based on experience. The ideal candidate will design, test, and implement solutions, mentor teammates, and work with diverse departments to optimize Epic applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of healthcare operational experience or 5+ years with no degree.
• Epic certification in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory required within 90 days of hire or training completion.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of risk adjustment/HCC and experience with Compass Rose build.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and manage complex projects.
• Represent IS/technical teams and maintain relationships with clinical, financial, and Epic partners.
• Provide on-call coverage and project management support as needed.
