Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst focused on the Healthy Planet module to support Epic workflows and system builds across the organization. The role will initially emphasize Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, with potential leveling up to a Level 3 based on experience and need.

The candidate should hold Healthy Planet and Ambulatory certifications and demonstrate strong collaboration, project management and mentoring abilities within Emory Digital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 3 years in healthcare ops or 5 years with no degree.
• Must obtain Epic certification for area within 90 days of training/ hire.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, maintain and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach goals.
• Maintain positive relationships with Emory coworkers and stakeholders.
• Mentor other analysts and manage complex projects.
• Provide Epic support, security, updates, and implementation tasks.
• Assist with Epic security roles and on-call coverage.
• Deliver project management services with some oversight.
• Follow IS project management protocols and documentation standards.
