Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an Epic Analyst with a focus on the Healthy Planet module to support the Epic Healthy Planet workflows across Emory Healthcare. The initial focus will be on Risk Adjustment/HCC and Compass Rose, with certification in Healthy Planet and Ambulatory.

The role involves collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, providing support for security, upgrades, and implementations, and mentoring others while maintaining a strong documentation routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic certification for the area within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Healthy Planet.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals.
• Represent the Emory Digital team with business partners and departments.
• Provide on-call coverage and project management support.
• Maintain documentation and stay current on Epic versions.
