Tech Observer is seeking an experienced Epic healthcare IT professional to lead the Epic Patient Access implementation and ongoing support across the US. The role focuses on Epic Professional Billing and/or Claims with current certification and hands-on EHR experience.

The ideal candidate will drive design, testing, governance, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to ensure success from discovery through go-live and optimization. This is a remote USA contract position.

Qualificações

• Mastery of the Epic Professional Billing and/or Claims applications.
• Current Epic Professional Billing and/or Claims certification.
• Familiarity with all phases of patient access application implementation: discovery, validation, workflow design, build, testing, go-live, optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Patient Access system analysis, design and build and project planning.
• Coordinate with IT, business stakeholders and vendors to meet milestones.
• Develop governance processes and ensure end-to-end project execution within budget and timelines.
• Provide training materials and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.
