Job summary

You will be the first point of contact for end users, handling issue intake, documentation, and escalation to the appropriate teams while maintaining a positive support experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center, help desk, or customer support environments.
• Strong communication, listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn and support Epic Go-Live workflows during deployments.
• Friendly, professional, and patient customer service approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support during a healthcare system Go-Live event.
