Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking customer-focused Epic Go‑Live Support Representatives to provide frontline support during a healthcare system implementation. This remote role serves as the first contact for end users, assisting with issue intake, documentation, and escalation to the appropriate support teams while ensuring a positive support experience.

The shift is 2pm-10pm EST, duration 4-6 weeks, and pay is 17/hr on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• Prior call center, help desk, or service desk experience.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and tech support processes.
• Ability to learn Epic workflows during a Go-Live event; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
