Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a remote Epic Go‑Live Support Representative for a healthcare system implementation. The role is 4–6 weeks, with a shift from 2pm to 10pm EST, and a pay rate of 17/hr.

You will be the first point of contact for end users, handling issue intake, documentation, and escalation to the appropriate teams while maintaining a positive support experience.
