Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst to design, build, and tailor Epic system solutions across departments. The role involves 100% independent work, on-call support, and collaboration with Epic SMEs and end users to optimize workflows.

The position requires 3 years of Epic experience, a Bachelor's degree (or 6 years substitute), and Epic certification in supporting applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience.
3 years' of Epic specific experience. 6 years' of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certifications in related application area

Responsibilities

Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on call coverage as required.
Perform analysis to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades / updates, and projects, collaborating with colleagues and across teams.
Develop and maintain requirements / specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality to department applications.
Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support the application design, additions, and changes.
Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department policies and procedures.
Actively participate and contribute in team and cross-team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting records.
