Presbyterian Healthcare Services in New Mexico is seeking an Epic Configuration Analyst - Expert to join a remote NM-based team. The role requires deep Epic knowledge, designing, building, testing, and maintaining configurations, and providing Tier-2 support with on-call duties.

You will collaborate with Epic SMEs and end users to tailor the system, analyze workflows, create specs and test cases, and ensure changes comply with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience.
• 3 years of Epic specific experience.
• Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certifications in related area.
• 6 years' of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support of Epic incidents, including on-call coverage.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic configurations and solutions.
• Analyze workflows, data, and technical issues related to Epic software.
