Job summary

Presbyterian is seeking an experienced Epic Configuration Analyst - Expert to join our remote team supporting Epic systems. This role requires deep Epic knowledge, hands-on customization, and collaboration with SMEs and end users to tailor workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field plus 3 years IT or business experience.
Epic-specific experience required (3+ years).
Epic certification or proficiency in related areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

Have in-depth knowledge of Epic System software and tailor the system to organizational needs.
Provide Tier-2 support for incidents with 24/4 on-call as required.
Analyze workflows and data; design, build, test, and maintain Epic solutions.
Develop requirements, test cases, and ensure scripts reflect workflow solutions.
Modify Epic records and master files to support design and changes.
Lead and participate in meetings; mentor others and drive cross-team collaboration.
Create new workflows with SMEs and ensure end users are productive.
