Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking an Epic Products Analyst, Senior to apply advanced knowledge of healthcare operations and information technology principles to provide Epic application support across the Epic software development life cycle for design, development, implementation, testing, updating, integration, and maintenance of complex system configuration.

Responsibilities include meetings to review performance, workflow analysis, data reporting, change governance, testing, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Epic certification within 6 months of appointment is required.
• Minimum 3 years in IT with Epic or EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review end-user performance and issue trends; track and report workflow and system capabilities.
• Analyze workflows, collect data, produce reports, support decision-making for Epic configurations.
• Coordinate changes, content governance, and releases; assist with testing and end-user training.
• Provide remote end-user support and participate in on-call rotations.
• Ensure interoperability and security of patient data across Epic applications.
