Jobgether is seeking a Senior Epic Cupid Clinical Analyst in the United States to optimize clinical information systems and support high-quality patient care. The role centers on Epic Cupid configuration, workflow analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with physicians, hospital leaders, and technical teams.

You will lead testing, documentation, and implementation efforts, while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring solutions align with clinical needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Epic certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical and operational workflows and identify improvements.
• Design, configure, and maintain Epic Cupid and related integrations.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Develop documentation, testing scripts, and training materials.
• Lead testing and validation of system functionality and performance.
• Provide guidance to analysts and project managers on Epic-related initiatives.
