Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking an experienced Application Analyst – Cadence to support and optimize our Epic Cadence environment. You will partner with ambulatory operations, access management, clinic leadership, and technical teams to ensure efficient scheduling workflows, provider template management, and optimal patient access.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, Epic Cadence experience, and a passion for improving scheduling efficiency and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in healthcare IT.
• Epic Cadence experience preferred; strong scheduling and access workflow understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with ambulatory operations, access management, clinic leadership, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot basic application issues and provide end-user support.
• Monitor applications during maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
• Build and maintain provider schedules, templates, and scheduling rules.
