You will partner with ambulatory operations, access management, clinic leadership, and IT teams to ensure efficient scheduling workflows, provider templates, and patient access.

The ideal candidate has Epic Cadence experience and strong analytical skills, with 2–4 years of relevant healthcare IT work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Epic Cadence certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with patient scheduling, provider templates, registration, and access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support.
• Collaborate with IT, operational, and clinical teams to optimize scheduling workflows.
• Monitors applications for issues during maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
• Builds and maintains provider schedules, appointment templates, and scheduling rules within Epic Cadence.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, workflow optimization, integrations, and new implementations.
