Job summary

CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to provide ongoing application support, optimization, and troubleshooting for Epic Cadence scheduling workflows. The role partners with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure efficient scheduling, resolve incidents, and support system upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have strong Cadence build and support experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Cadence Certification required.
• 5+ years of Epic Cadence analyst experience in healthcare.
• Experience building and supporting Cadence scheduling workflows.
• Experience with incident management and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Epic Cadence application, including incident resolution and system maintenance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot scheduling and patient access issues.
• Build, maintain, and optimize provider templates, visit types, and Cadence configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
• Develop and maintain application documentation and support procedures.
• Support change management and governance processes.
• Coordinate with other Epic teams and vendors on initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest workflow improvements.
• Join on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Assist with go-live and post-live stabilization.
