Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and support the Epic system, including Professional Billing builds with PB Admin or PB Claims certification. Epic Build experience is required and continued certification may be pursued within the first six months.

Sphinx testing is part of the consideration process. The role involves on-call rotation, remote work, and Eastern time business hours with occasional travel for Go-Live and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant education/experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Epic certification/training status required and can be expanded within six months.
• Prior Epic experience end user or analyst is required.
• Experience leading system analysis and projects in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• System build and configuration to improve processes and patient safety.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to support Epic modules.
• Develop and execute test scripts; document builds and obtain user sign-off.
• Provide on-call coverage for Epic systems and maintenance tasks.
