Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker administrator to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will analyze workflows, document requirements, design solutions, test changes, and provide end-user guidance to optimize Epic usage.

The role includes managing small to medium projects, updating stakeholders, and conducting root-cause analysis to resolve issues. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and Epic Certification within 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements; design, test, implement and support Epic solutions.
• Provide end-user guidance and support to improve Epic usage and resolve issues.
