enGen is seeking a qualified Epic Beaker analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business analysis, define requirements, design system workflows, and resolve end-user issues while communicating with stakeholders.

The role involves planning, testing, and maintaining Epic environments, creating training materials, and guiding end-users to optimize Beaker workflows. Remote-based position with 0–25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Associates degree required; substitutions allow 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months is required; Beaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and performs workflow analysis to improve user experience; documents training materials and implementation steps.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and supports end-users with issue resolution.
• Manages small to medium projects independently and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Conducts root cause analysis to resolve problems and documents solutions.
