Job summary

Shyft6 is seeking an Epic Tapestry Analyst to build and configure enhancements within the Tapestry UM module, focusing on Service Authorizations. This remote, full-time role supports clients across the United States.

Applicants should hold an Epic Tapestry Certification (Claims, Membership, Enrollment & Eligibility, CRM, Utilization Management) and have 3–6 years of build and go-live experience, strong documentation, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have Epic Tapestry Certification (Claims, Membership, Enrollment & Eligibility, CRM, Utilization Management).
• 3–6 years of recent build and configuration experience on Epic Tapestry modules.
• Experience in application build, go-live, service authorization workflows, testing, and support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure enhancements within the Tapestry UM module area, focusing on Service Authorizations.
• Support go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and document technical requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.

Epic Tapestry Analyst:

Position Type:Direct Hire (Remote)

Position Overview

Epic Tapestry Analyst:Build and configure for the enhancements and capital projects within the Tapestry UM module area, specifically Service Authorizations.

QualificationsRequired

• Must have a current Epic Tapestry Certification (any of these Claims, Membership, Enrollment & Eligibility, CRM, Utilization Management)
• 3-6 years of recent build and configuration experience on any of the Epic Tapestry modules
• Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in Service Authorization implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
