Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Epic analyst/IT professional to identify, map, and improve Epic-based clinical and business processes. You will analyze workflows, translate requirements into designs, and help plan tests and trainings to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires Epic experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across departments in a remotely managed environment. This full-time position includes benefits and growth opportunities within Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• Experience in Epic and other Healthcare applications.
• Project management experience with ability to use project management software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple tasks, be detail oriented and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of change management practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure and analyze clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes using BPM techniques.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications and review with users.
• Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts; validate performance of functions.
• Provide user training and develop training materials and manuals.
