Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst II to plan and execute the lifecycle of Epic EHR systems for hospitals and clinics. This role partners with users and governance groups to optimize workflows and maintain data integrity.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and Epic certification, plus four years of experience with two years in an Epic environment. Remote work is allowed from approved states; travel may be required for certification and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience.
• Epic certification in 1 application; willing to complete certification if not already certified.
• Minimum four years paid experience; two years as Epic Analyst; healthcare background.
• Overnight travel required for certification; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead system patches, service packs and upgrades.
• Collaborate with users to improve business value of applications.
• Conduct design, build, testing and deployment of Epic EHR.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of issues.
