Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking an Application Analyst II to optimize Epic applications across our healthcare delivery network. You’ll analyze workflows, coordinate with vendors and clinical teams, and tailor systems to support Revenue Cycle & Ambulatory operations.

The role requires Epic certifications, a strong analytical mindset, and experience implementing or maintaining healthcare IT systems in hospital or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field and Epic certification(s) required.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare IT with information systems in hospitals/clinics.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to coordinate with vendors and end users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between vendors, end users, and team members.
• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and reporting needs.
• Coordinate efforts with stakeholders and provide status updates to management.
• Support and tailor Epic applications to fit organizational needs.
