Advocate Health is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst for a fully remote, full-time role in the United States. The ideal candidate will map and optimize Epic workflows, translate user needs into technical specifications and support testing, documentation and user training.

Rotational on-call for evenings, weekends, and holidays may apply. BP requires Epic certification within 6 months and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Ambulatory workflows or certification is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to map, analyze and improve clinical and business processes.

Responsabilités

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic clinical and business processes.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with users.
• Develop test plans and validate application performance across modules.
• Create and maintain product documentation including workflows and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate application upgrades and communicate status to users.
