Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
Two years of work experience, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 4 years in a related area.

Responsibilities

Provides support and diagnoses problems to determine resolution.
Translates requirements into design/development specifications with product management.
Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems.
Documents workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements.
Partners with external vendors for integration, implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
Manages small to mid-size projects and performs PM functions.
Develops and maintains training materials for end users.
