Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, healthcare, or business.
• Two years of related work experience or four years toward a bachelor’s degree.
• Epic certification(s) required or to be earned.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for healthcare applications.
• Gather requirements and translate them into design specs.
• Configure, test, install, and monitor systems and workflows.
• Document changes and support business requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on third‑party apps.
