Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support IT applications for healthcare workflows from the Peaks Regional Office. This is a fully remote role with occasional onsite meetings, 40 hours per week, and on‑call shifts.

Epic Certification on EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere, ROI, HIM is preferred. You will analyze requirements, configure and maintain systems, collaborate with vendors, and develop end‑user training materials to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of work experience or four years' related experience with a degree.
• Epic certifications are preferred for EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere, ROI, HIM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose problems to determine resolutions.
• Gather, validate, and translate requirements into design and development specs.
• Configure, test, install, implement, and maintain systems and applications.
• Document workflow changes and technical designs for business needs.
• Collaborate with external vendors for third‑party integrations and support.
• Lead small to mid-size projects and manage resources in ServiceHub.
