Job summary

The position is fully remote with occasional onsite meetings, 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, and on‑call shifts as needed. Epic certifications are preferred, with HIPAA and data security emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of work experience in a related area or progressing toward a degree.
• Epic certifications are preferred and should be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose problems to determine resolution and support stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into design and development specifications with product manages.
• Configure, test, install, and maintain systems and integrations.
• Document workflow changes and technical designs to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with vendors for third‑party applications integration and support.
• Lead small to mid‑size projects and perform PM functions as needed.
• Develop training materials and knowledge base for end users and peers.
• Support reporting needs and ensure system integrity through testing.
