Job summary

Intermountain Health in Colorado is seeking a Staff Analyst to support IT applications across the lifecycle, including Epic certifications, for electronic health records and billing systems. The role is remote with quarterly site visits and Epic training as needed.

You will analyze requirements, configure and test systems, document designs, collaborate with vendors, and lead small projects while developing end-user training materials and maintaining testing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, or related field.
• Two years of work experience, or actively working towards a bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience in a related area.
• Will be required to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and support for healthcare applications.
• Configure, test, install, and maintain systems and workflows.
• Document workflow changes and designs to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors for third-party integrations and support.
• Lead PM functions for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials for end users and peers.
• Participate in on-call and command center responsibilities.
