Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Epic Certification or Proficiency in at least one Epic module is required.
• 1-2 years Epic build experience and 3+ years in healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary user support contact; identify and resolve issues.
• Design, build, implement, and maintain Epic configurations.
• Support testing phases and document workflow designs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and meetings with leadership.
