Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland is seeking an Epic Access Optimization Analyst I to support the Epic Cadence application, including template build, testing for new implementations, and handling change requests. You will coordinate with teams to ensure small- to medium-sized requests are completed and help integrate new physician practices into front-end Epic systems.

A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must have Epic system experience in an outpatient setting or Epic applications experience including optimizing
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and maintain Epic Cadence templates; support testing for new implementations and enhanced requests
• Create and manage change request tickets; ensure data completeness and up-to-date documentation
• Support integration of new physician practices into front-end Epic systems and coordinate with stakeholders
• Provide end-user support and demonstrations of the Epic system; aid onboarding and education
• Establish credibility across department levels and promote problem‑solving partnerships
• Build relationships with Institute stakeholders and Epic ITD team to ensure smooth updates
