Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Epic Analyst for a direct-hire opportunity in the Cincinnati, OH area. This role involves working within an IT Clinical Applications team supporting the hospital's LIS environment and Epic applications. This predominantly remote position requires occasional onsite commitment for candidates in IN, OH, or KY, with a 1/6 weeks on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Epic builds and workflows.
• Clinical lab background in a Medical Lab Technologist role.
• Multiple Epic certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize the Orders and Bugsy environment.
• Participate in upgrades and upcoming LIS projects.
• Provide customer support and timely problem resolution.
