Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Access Optimization Analyst III to lead EPIC Cadence scheduling design and access-related workflows. You will drive change requests across the system, coordinate with IT and clinical teams, and optimize scheduling to improve patient access.

The role involves guiding physician practice integration, testing and validation, and maintaining strong collaboration with operational and IT partners. Remote work is available with limited travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration or related field and four years of EPIC system experience in outpatient setting.
• OR four years of experience supporting EPIC applications that includes optimizing EPIC Cadence workflows.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with eight years IT experience; OR Associate’s Degree with six years IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPIC Cadence scheduling design and access-related workflows.
• Lead change requests and coordinate with ITD and care teams.
• Analyze and optimize scheduling processes to improve access and reduce steps.
• Coordinate physician practice integration into front-end EPIC systems from discovery to implementation.
• Lead EPIC testing and validation efforts.
