Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is hiring an Epic Access Optimization Analyst I - Capacity Management to support the Epic Cadence application and template builds. The role involves testing new implementations, handling change requests, and coordinating enterprise-wide Epic IT system updates.

The position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, delivering end-user training, and ensuring accurate data and documentation for successful patient access workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma/GED with two years of Epic system experience in outpatient setting or two years supporting Epic applications including optimization.
• OR
• Associate’s degree with one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and build Epic Cadence templates; manage scheduling templates.
• Create, maintain and oversee change requests; ensure data completeness and documentation.
• Coordinate with Epic ITD team and Institute stakeholders for updates and rollout.
• Provide end-user support and demonstrations of the Epic system during onboarding and training.
• Monitor tickets from submittal to testing and implementation; ensure standards are met.
