Job summary

Nexus in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a senior Epic Analyst to join a small, senior product team. The role blends hands-on Epic configuration for RPM and virtual nursing with strategic design work across product, engineering, and clinical leadership.

You will design and optimize clinical workflows, ensure regulatory and data-security compliance, and bring Epic expertise to improve patient and frontline caregiver experiences. Local on-site work is expected in Cleveland.

Qualifications

Active Epic certification in at least two applications, including at least one core inpatient clinical application.
5+ years of hands-on Epic analyst experience in an inpatient environment.
Experience designing and building Epic workflows end to end, not only supporting existing configuration.
Demonstrated creative problem solving within Epic and understanding of healthcare industry standards, HIPAA, and data security.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy Epic configuration for RPM and virtual nursing workflows.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical leadership to align Epic capabilities with roadmap.
Translate product concepts into Epic design options and define architecture for data movement between Epic and Nexus platform.
Provide end-user training materials and maintain technical/workflow documentation.
Support governance processes, data integrity, and regulatory compliance within Epic.
