Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for PV solar projects, traveling to regional sites to lead scheduling efforts and coordinating with battery storage and HV units.

The role is fully remote with interviews discussing location, and requires P6 proficiency, CPM scheduling, and strong English communication. Occasional travel to job sites is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Engineering or construction-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience.
• Experience scheduling construction projects, HV or substations.
• CPM scheduling knowledge and Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specs.
• Travel to jobsites required.

Responsibilities

• Use P6 to develop and maintain EPC project schedules.
• Plan projects by analyzing design and contract documents.
• Perform basic quantity take-offs and maintain working files.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM and field teams.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve schedules.
• Ensure logical, realistic durations via CPM best practices.
• Attend project meetings and update schedules regularly.
• Maintain schedule reports and delay logs.
• Train field personnel and support P6 usage.
• Visit jobsites as required and produce as-built schedules.
