Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for a portfolio of PV solar projects. The role will involve travel to jobsites in the region, with some projects supported remotely in other regions.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement and field teams to ensure on-time completion and profitability. The candidate should have a strong background in P6 scheduling within EPC environments, with good English communication and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience.
• Experience scheduling for construction projects, HV, Substations, or other electrical features.

Responsibilities

• Use P6 software to develop and maintain EPC project schedules.
• Analyze project documents, drawings, contracts to form the EPC schedule basis.
• Perform basic quantity take-offs to establish activity durations and maintain files.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and field management teams.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve schedule buy-in and accuracy.
• Ensure logical, realistic durations using CPM best practices.
• Attend project meetings to address schedule issues and updates.
• Update schedule at least twice monthly with actuals and deviations.
• Communicate updates and maintain schedule reports in Teams/SharePoint.
• Maintain delay logs from inception to completion.
