Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for PV solar projects. The role requires travel to regional jobsites and coordination with multiple business units. The position is fully remote with discussions on location during interviews.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of scheduling experience in EPC environments, proficiency with P6, and strong English communication skills. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction Management degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years project scheduling or related experience.
• Experience scheduling for HV, substations or electrical projects is preferred.
• Prior EPC scheduling experience is highly desired.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EPC schedules using P6 on multiple PV solar projects.
• Analyze project documents and drawings to form basis of the schedule.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish activity durations and maintain trackers.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM and field management for feedback.
• Attend project meetings and update schedules monthly or bi-monthly.
• Create and maintain schedule reports and delay logs.
• Train field personnel in scheduling procedures and tools.
• Travel to jobsites to support scheduling activities.
