Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain EPC schedules for PV solar and related infrastructure projects. The role requires regional travel and collaboration across engineering, procurement, and field teams.

The position is fully remote with interview-based location expectations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project scheduling for HV or electrical projects, with P6 experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience.
• Experience scheduling for HV, Substations, or electrical projects.
• P6 software experience is required.
• Proficient in reading plans and specifications.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Use P6 to develop and maintain EPC project schedules.
• Analyze project documents to form schedule basis.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with teams.
• Update schedule at least twice a month with actuals.
• Communicate schedule updates to project team.
• Maintain delay log documenting delays and details.
• Record weather delays with NOAA data monthly.
• Visit jobsites as needed to support scheduling.
• Train field personnel in scheduling procedures.
