Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules for a portfolio of PV solar projects. The role involves travel to regional jobsites to lead scheduling efforts and coordinate with multiple business units, including battery storage and HV projects.

The position is fully remote with details to be discussed in interviews. Responsibilities include updating schedules, analyzing what-if scenarios, and maintaining delay logs while ensuring CPM best

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years project engineering or related experience.
• Experience scheduling for HV, Substations, or electrical projects.
• P6 scheduling experience required.
• Strong English communication and ability to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Use P6 software to develop and maintain EPC project schedules.
• Assist in planning the project by analyzing documents, drawings, contracts to form the schedule.
• Perform basic quantity take-offs to establish activity durations and maintain files.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field management for feedback.
• Seek feedback from owners and consultants to improve schedule buy-in and accuracy.
• Ensure sound CPM logic and realistic durations in the schedule.
