Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking a Project Technical Specialist I to support EPC scope development for utility infrastructure projects. The role requires strong power delivery engineering experience across transmission, distribution, and substations, plus proven problem solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil).
Experience supporting electric utility transmission, distribution, or substation projects.
Project management experience within utility, consulting, or EPC environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate client meetings with agendas, documentation, and action tracking.
Develop, maintain, and improve EPC Scope of Work documents.
Review engineering submittals for completeness, quality, and compliance.
Mentor and train engineers and staff on best practices.
Manage projects with scope, schedule, budget, safety, and profitability.
