GAI Consultants, Inc. seeks a Project Technical Specialist I to join our Power Delivery team, supporting EPC Scope of Work documents for utility infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have power delivery engineering design experience and strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving. This role offers remote or hybrid work flexibility and opportunities to mentor others and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in engineering for electric utility projects.
• Experience developing engineering scopes of work, specifications, or packages.
• Project management experience in utility/EPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate client meetings and track actions.
• Develop and improve EPC Scope of Work documents.
• Review submittals for quality and compliance.
• Apply broad technical knowledge to support execution.
• Mentor engineers and manage project staff on best practices.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and profitability.
