Job summary

Energy Project Partners is seeking a Contract Manager to serve as the EPC contracts expert embedded within a client’s project team. You will translate legal intent into actionable terms for the project execution organization and ensure alignment between field realities and contract obligations.

You will lead pre-construction efforts, manage bid packages, negotiates terms, and oversee change management and contract administration across two to three active negotiations while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years EPC contract administration on utility-scale projects.
• Experience negotiating terms with EPC contractors.
• Knowledge of FIDIC/ConsensusDocs/AIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• As the embedded contract expert, assemble EPC RFP packages, exhibits, and coordinating questions/answers.
• Lead negotiation, redline process, and risk-aligned terms with owners and contractors.
• Oversee change order and change management during execution to maintain scope, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across legal, commercial, and project teams.
