Energy Resilience Partners, LLC seeks a Contracts and Change Manager for the Lake City Microgrid and CHP project in Independence, Missouri. The role is full-time, project-based, with hybrid work and regular site presence, coordinating subcontracts, modifications, and government notices through ERP's contracting authority.

You will administer the prime contract and subcontracts, maintain change logs, review exhibits and insurance, support payment processes, and ensure timely notices and complete

Competenze

• Eight years federal construction contracts or major EPC commercial management.
• Familiarity with FAR clauses, change documentation and subcontract administration.
• Ability to maintain complete contemporaneous records and enforce signature limits.
• Ability to meet the applicable installation access, safety, information-handling, and assignment requirements.

Mansioni

• Maintain the prime contract and subcontract obligation matrix, notice calendar, and correspondence register.
• Prepare and review subcontract exhibits, insurance, bond, flowdown, and commercial documentation with counsel and ERP leadership.
• Coordinate RICHARD and specialty-subcontract change requests, time impacts, pricing support, and release documentation.
• Distinguish field coordination from a Government-directed change and route modifications only through warranted contracting authority.
• Support payment, claims avoidance, records preservation, and subcontract closeout.
