Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Vice President of EPC Contracts to lead all facets of contract development, review, negotiation, and administration for large solar, power plant, or chemical projects. You will collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in contract management, with senior leadership and EPC expertise, in a public company environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of contract management experience, with senior leadership exposure.
• Extensive EPC contract experience in Solar/Power/Chemical industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in a public company environment with reporting, deadlines, and audits.
• Track record of fostering an inclusive workplace across generations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, negotiation and execution of EPC contracts.
• Collaborate with legal and stakeholders on contract review.
• Develop policies to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Oversee contract administration, negotiations, and risk mitigation.
• Lead contracts team and mentor staff to high performance.
• Present KPIs and reports to executive leadership.
• Identify training needs and drive process improvements.
