Qualifications

• BS, BA and/or advanced degree in environmental science, environmental studies, or similar field.
• 7 years of professional experience with increasing responsibilities; 5 years in management.
• Experience with proposal preparation, technical writing, client interactions, and field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects, supervise staff, manage budgets and schedules.
• Provide technical oversight for biological, wetland, restoration, and environmental service teams.
• Prepare proposals, build teams, subcontract, and ensure contract compliance.
