Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Environmental Compliance Manager to coordinate and oversee environmental compliance programs for water and wastewater facilities. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and support regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities include audits, inspections, tracking metrics, and developing staff training on compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in environmental management are required, with a valid driver’s license and EPA knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in environmental management or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., CWA, SDWA, NPDES).
• Valid Driver's License; Water/Wastewater Operator Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee environmental compliance programs at water and wastewater facilities.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental laws and reporting requirements.
• Assist with regulatory inspections and audits; provide guidance to projects.
• Track compliance metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Develop training and standard operating procedures for staff on compliance.
