Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Environmental Program Manager to lead programs across multiple sites. You will oversee air and water quality, chemical management, and waste processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective reporting.

The role requires a strong supervisory background, excellent analytical and communication abilities, and a valid driver's license. Masters or PE license preferred for advancement and capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Field or related field.
• 15 years of job-related experience.
• Familiarity with current regulations and requirements.
• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental programs including Air Quality, Water Quality, Chemical Management, and Non-Hazardous Waste.
• Oversee environmental tasks and compliance across Albany, Morgantown, and Pittsburgh sites.
• Review and generate regulatory deliverables.
• Manage groundwater programs and groundwater deliverables.
• Provide direction on technical duties and policies; train staff.
• Review directives, policies, and operating plans for accuracy.
