Inframark is seeking an Environmental Compliance Manager to coordinate and oversee environmental compliance programs for water and wastewater facilities. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and support regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities include audits, inspections, tracking metrics, and developing staff training on compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in environmental management are required, with a valid driver’s license and EPA knowledge a plus.

The Environmental Compliance Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing performance and programmatic requirements associated with environmental compliance at water and wastewater facilities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Specifically NPDES, stormwater permits and water quality regulations.
This is a remote position.
Perform project due diligence and project start up support as needed.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in environmental management, compliance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the water and wastewater sector.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act).
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License; Water or Wastewater Operator Certification a plus.
Technical: Ability to produce high quality documents for clients and regulatory agencies. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Advanced knowledge of EPA regulations. Further knowledge of these regulations in various states is a plus. Water and wastewater sector experience.

Sitting, standing, walking on uneven ground, up and down stairs and in process areas, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
