Job summary

BSI Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to support industrial and commercial clients with environmental compliance, permitting, and related consulting services. The role requires working remotely with travel to client sites up to 50% and strong client-facing skills.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–8 years of professional environmental consulting experience, with emphasis on environmental permitting, compliance assessments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–8 years of environmental consulting experience.
• Experience with environmental compliance, permitting, reporting, and audits is preferred.
• Ability to work directly with clients and manage multiple assignments from fieldwork through reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance and consulting projects for industrial and commercial clients.
• Interpret and apply federal, state, and local environmental requirements to client operations.
• Prepare and support environmental permit applications, plans, reports, inventories, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct site visits, records reviews, and environmental compliance assessments to identify regulatory obligations and gaps.
• Manage assigned projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and project team members.
• Collaborate across environmental, health, safety, and management systems disciplines.
