This range is provided by gpac. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$35,568.00/yr - $900,000.00/yr

No prior recruiting experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training, tools, resources, and support to help you reach your earning goals. We also offer continuous coaching and guidance. This is a commission-driven role with the potential to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements
• Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in job offer negotiations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
